Terms and conditions of “WeCare Protection Plans Offer”：

• 1.“WeCare Protection Plans Offer” entitles applicants to the 1st year premium of “WeCare Term Life Protection Plan 1” (Policy Benefit Term is 1 year) ,“WeCare Term Life Protection Plan 2” (Policy Benefit Term is 5 years), “WeCare Critical Illness Protection Plan 1” (Policy Benefit Term is 5 years)or “WeCare Personal Accident Protection Plan 1” (Policy Benefit Term is 1 year) (“Designated Plans”) with Sum Assured amount of HK$300,000 at HK$13.8 upon successful application (this “Promotion").
• 2.This Promotion is offered by Blue Insurance Limited (the “Company”).
• 3.This Promotion is available from now until 31st March 2021 (inclusive) (“Promotional Period”). To be eligible for this Promotion, applicant must successfully complete the application and payment for the Designated Plans, using the designated promo code through the Company’s website within the Promotional Period ("Eligible Applicant"). This Promotion is only applicable to eligible policies during the Promotional Period, subject to a quota of 800 policies;

  i.First 200 eligible policies of “WeCare Term Life Protection Plan 1”;

  ii.First 200 eligible policies of “WeCare Term Life Protection Plan 2”;

  iii.First 200 eligible policies of “WeCare Critical Illness Protection Plan 1”; and

  iv.First 200 eligible policies of “WeCare Personal Accident Protection Plan 1”.

• 4.Each Eligible Applicant can use each of the designated promo code once.
• 5.This Promotion is only applicable to the premium during the first policy year of the Designated Plans. The policyholder is required to pay the premium at the original price from the second policy year.
• 6.Under this Promotion, no plan changes are permitted during the first policy year of the Designated Plans. Cancellation of the policy of Designated Plans, except for reason under clause 7, will not result in any premium refunds.
• 7.If the policyholder cancels the policy of the Designated Plans within the cooling-off period from the policy issue date, the Company will only refund the policyholder the actual premium paid under the Promotion.
• 8.This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other value in part or in whole or its equivalent.
• 9.All policy provisions of the Designated Plans remain unchanged. Please see the policy provisions for details.
• 10.The total premium includes insurance levy to be collected by the Insurance Authority.
• 11.This Promotion is only applicable to the policies issued in Hong Kong.
• 12.This Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offers for the same insurance product.
• 13.The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion or discontinue them at any time without prior notice.
• 14.The above information is for general reference only. It shall not be construed as an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer or recommendation to purchase or sale or provision of any products of the Company. Details of the coverage of the Designated Plans are subject to the policy provisions stipulated in the policy by the Company.
• 15.This Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions. The Company has the right to reject any applications and if there are any disputes, the Company's decision is final and conclusive.
• 16.Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
