Terms and conditions of the New Year Special Offer

  1. The “New Year Special Offer”entitles applicants to enjoy the 1st and 2nd year premium of “WeGuard PharmaEASY Protector” entry plan (the policy benefit term is 1 year) at a discounted price of HK$158 each (this “Promotion").
  2. This Promotion is offered by Blue Insurance Limited (the “Company”).
  3. This Promotion is available from now until 31st January 2021 (inclusive) (“Promotional Period”). To be eligible for this Promotion, applicant must successfully complete the application and payment for “WeGuard PharmaEASY Protector” (the “Plan”) using promo code through the Company’s website within the Promotional Period ("Eligible Applicant").
  4. This Promotion is subject to a limited quota for the first 1,000 Eligible Applicants within the Promotional Period.
  5. Each Eligible Applicant can only enjoy this Promotion once.
  6. This Promotion is only applicable to the premium during the first and second policy year of the Plan. Automatic renewal will be applied at the expiry of the benefit term and the policyholder is required to pay the premium at the original price.
  7. Under this Promotion, no plan changes are permitted during the first and second policy year of the Plan. Cancellation of the Plan’s policy, except for reason under clause 8, will not result in any premium refunds.
  8. If the policyholder cancels the Plan’s policy within the cooling-off period from the policy issue date, the Company will only refund the policyholder the actual premium paid under the Promotion.
  9. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other value in part or in whole or its equivalent.
  10. All policy provisions of the Plan remain unchanged. Please see the policy provisions for details.
  11. The total premium includes insurance levy to be collected by the Insurance Authority.
  12. This Promotion is only applicable to the policies issued in Hong Kong.
  13. This Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offers for the same insurance product.
  14. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion or discontinue them at any time without prior notice.
