Q1) What shall I do after the security upgrade on Oct 4, 2021?

If it is your first time to login after the security upgrade, please follow below steps to reset password.
1. Press “Forgot your password” at login page or you may click here
2. Input your username and text verification code according to webpage instruction
3. Open the system notification email in your registered email mailbox, and click “Reset your password”
4. You will then receive a One Time Password (OTP) via your mobile phone, please input the OTP according to webpage instruction
5. Setup your new password in webpage
6. Login customer portal with your username and new password


Q2) What shall I do if I did not register email address and mobile number, or the contact information required to update?

Please update your email address and mobile phone number by completing the Personal Details Change Form and return to us by email to enquiry@blue.com.hk, by fax at (852) 2907 0313 or by post to “Blue Insurance Limited, 30/F, One Kowloon, 1 Wang Yuen Street, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong”.


Q3) Are my username and password updated after the security upgrade?

Your username remains unchanged after the security upgrade, however, you are required to reset your password according to the instruction.


Q4) I have trouble receiving the One-time Password (OTP) on my phone, what should I do?

The OTP sent to your email and mobile no. are the same. You can use the OTP received by email if SMS cannot be received.
