Blue Insurance Limited (Blue Insurance) is aware that a fraudulent Facebook account is misusing our name. The fake account will send you a friend request and trick you into sharing sensitive personal information through phishing links.

Blue Insurance will never ask you to share personal information with embedded links via any channels. Customers are reminded not to provide any personal information with suspicious parties and websites.

Anyone who has provided personal information to the aforesaid social media platform or has conducted any insurance transactions through the social media platform should call Blue Insurance Customer Services Hotline at 3929-3929 and report the case to the Hong Kong Police Force.
